Each trainer can help you reach your goals, and we may recommend you to another trainer that may fit your goals and limitations as needed.
After coming out of my own surgeries, knowing the limitations that come with them, as well as enduring the pain before surgery, I built RED to help those who need a path to recovery. Whether that is self-guided with a gym that provides access and machines with purpose, or dedicated one on one training, RED is built to help everyone, no matter where they are in their journey to the life they will love to live.
