Pretty good equipment with some athletic pieces like a solid GHR you don't normally see in gyms like this. Easy to get a membership and 24/7 access through the internet and the app. Very clean. Don't live in the area but have to work there from time and time and will get temporary memberships as I come to work

Great gym with great people and great equipment! If you’re like me a like a gym with less patrons and nice equipment, this place is a great value. It is not difficult to find a quiet time to come get a workout in. Can’t recommend Red Strength enough!

The gym is clean and well equipped. Not crowded at all. Everyone is mindful and cleans the equipment after they use it. It's definitely a good place to work out.

Excelente muy rico puedes escoger las carnes y los vegetales para que en el momento el chef 🧑‍🍳 te lo cocine en la plancha, tiene sushis, carnes, pollos y mariscos tiene variedad de ensaladas, bebidas y postres Lo que su falta es leche amo me encanta el postre con leche fuera de eso todo rico

Plenty of equipment, clean, quiet, not too busy, let's pick things up and then put them back down.

Went in today for a week pass, and deff worth it! Everything is clean and new! Would recommend! If you are in town for work or visit. Only con i think is floor mats a a little worn so its like sandy slippery feeling, they should vacuum but besides that would recommend
