How do I sign up for a membership?
Download the RED Strength – Lancaster app in the app store, or sign up online here!
How do I access the gym?
Use the RED Strength – Lancaster app to get access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by coming to the door and using the CHECK IN button at the top of the screen.
What are the gym hours?
RED Strength is open 24 hours a day for members – no holiday block offs. We are also staffed from 12-8PM daily.
How much is a membership?
Our memberships are $65/month, recur every month until canceled, and are billed on the same day every month.
Do you have any extra fees?
No, we have no extra fees – No sign up fee, no cancelation fee, no annual fee.
Do you require a term contract?
No, we are month to month, billed out automatically the same day you purchased your membership every month.
How do I cancel my membership?
Just send us an email to [email protected] with your name and reason for canceling, so we can improve if there is any problem with the gym, and we will cancel you out.
Do you offer any discounts?
No, we believe everyone is the same in the gym, so we do not offer any employer/status discounts. Contact us if you have questions about our discount policy.
Do you offer a family plan?
We offer a spouse/spouse equivalent discount. Contact us at [email protected] to add on your spouse or to answer any questions about our discount policy.
